Title: Good FS2 Campaigns
Post by: MrBig101 on September 27, 2005, 04:14:01 pm
Ok, I have played through the following campaigns.

FS2 Main Campaign
Warzone
Derelict
Inferno R1
Deus Ex Machina
Sol. A history
Second Great War
Twilight

and I'm currently playing through Deep Blood.

Now, since I'm waiting for the new VP's to be released, I don't have FSO Installed.  Are there any good campaigns worth playing that haven't been mentioned above?

Second Great War

I'm sorry. :(

Everyone seems to forget The Titan Rebellion. It's an excellent campaign with a lot of originality, and nearly as many cool moments as Derelict. It's also very well-balanced and thought out.

Anyway, you should try adding Sync and Transcend to that list, when you get FSO installed again. Just Another Day could really add to your experience as well.

If you can wait another month or two as well, there should be two new campaigns/mini-campaigns available, including GTI Rebellion Chapter 1 and the Pathways demo (which, I can assure you, will be excellent), all of them for retail.

If you want to laugh at sheer idiocy, download Escort Duty or Milennium. Horrible FREDing + equally horrible dialogue = Funny as hell.

Aoes Affair
Homesick
Into the Dephts of Hell
Lightning Marshal

Pandoras Box

Yes, i like it, okay, it have a few bugs, but i like to play the bad guys, i mean, it's different to all these GTVA Campaigns ;)

The only great thing i dislike it, that it's not complete atm :(

@nuclear1

You right, Titan Rebellion was a good campaign, but it's also incomplete and have it's end in the best Campaign Moment, or is a complete Version out there?

I'll agree on Neo Terra. Assuming you can stand some bugs, campaigns released by Gai are usually pretty fun to play.

Homesick
Into the Dephts of Hell

I've got no idea how I missed these three in my posts. Good call: they're all really good campaigns. All for retail, which is even better. :)

Hmmm....well if you like it, and maybe if there is enough people who liked the idea, then I could re-do it to be bug-free and finish off the story?

Let's not forget Desperation Chapters 1 & 2...and I highly recommend Homesick (the very first campaign I ever played after the normal FS2 one  ), and Into the Depths of Hell Chapters 1 to 4...:D

Decisions, decisions :D.

Oh, and Goober, Deus Ex Machina totally rocked!

You mean there's a choice? FS2 FTW, buddy. ;)

Seriously though, I stand by my recommendation to download Titan Rebellion. If I were to make a FS2-era GTI Rebellion campaign, it would have been Titan. It's damned good. :)

I'll check it out after I get done with homesick.

and that soul calibur 3 demo looks really tempting, but a WWESmackdown vs. Raw 2006 demo would consume my life forever ;)

EDIT: Just got done with homesick.  Talk about an
