:lol: that made me laugh so hard!  I seriously think the daily show is the only way I can get my news because the whole political scene is just so ludicrious.

Isnt it on the FEMA website?

I looked a little, but they seem to be against charts and images of all kinds.

Basically, it's a circular chart. It starts out at the bottom with an orange-red explosion labelled "Disaster". Then there are arrows going clockwise, showing FEMA's various stages of action - "Reaction", "Response", etc etc, until it finally ends up pointing back at "Disaster". :lol:
