If not I *might* have a pop, if I get the motivation.:doubt:
-
Nope!
-
wasn't nico doing one?
-
I was hoping to make one at BW's suggestion (see the HTL thread on SG), but I won't be able to even begin it for a long while, so if you're eager to give it a try, go ahead. :)
Nico & WeatherOp were each doing a Moloch.
-
Give it a shot. :) I was never a real fan of the original; it always looked too much like a spiky log to me. :p
-
Make it kickass.
Rakshasa looks retarded, so try to make it Shivan.

Wha...? The Rakshasa is one of [V]'s best FS2 designs...
-
Indeed. The Rakshasha is the only ship that looks somewhat decent despite having low polygon counts. Its one of their best implemented designs, imo
-
When I first saw it the scale really threw me off. I was expecting it to be the size of a small transport. Maybe you can make it look like its the right size.
-
Yeah, it's the biggest(length) crusier in the game
-
I'd personally choose the Deimos or Moloch as much better designs than the Rakshasa; at least to me, they just had a badass factor that it lacked. And Galemp's right about the scale; I always thought of it as the smallest cruiser of all.

Even though the techroom entry says it is more dangerous than the Lilith, in the game it is more in the middle of the weak Cain and the obscenely powerful Lilith.

The techroom entry was written BEFORE the GTVA encountered a beam enabled Lilith. The comparison was between the Rakshasa and a FS1 era Lilith (or a Lilith with the same beams as a Cain).
