It's cool, but kinda plain. They should hire Craig Mullins. He does a ton of game-related stuff.

No, I have that too. It's because concept art is static, so they can work on it for as long as they like, stylize it a bit, do all sorts of cool things with lighting and so on, which can't be reproduced in real time. At least not yet. I'm still waiting for some visionary to make a moving image, whether in film or in a game, that is on par with concept art or even comics.

Yup, I wanted it to be like the E3 2003 demonstration. Too bad that only the dev kits had the juice to run that, 'cause it was freakin sweet.
