Title: Admirals?

Is it possible to become an admiral, and then lead a battlegroup (hopefully hacked by some nice pplz) of like the col, and like other 3 destroyers, and play as the Col? I think it would so own if you could be in control of some antifighter beam cannons... lol *zap* bye bye loki! *zap* bye bye old herc *zap* bye bye scorpio 3... etc... that would be so fun to do... especially if u changed station, and when u were away it would fire automatically...

Maybe I need to take his advice.

In terms of actually controlling a FS2 warship, that would take FREDing pains to the max, involving the player pressing a number of different keys just to fire the turrets, all while trying to maneuver something with the average velocity of a Galapagos tortoise while your screen flashes blood red every half a second.

Controlling the Colossus would be hilarious though. Freespace 2: Backyard Baseball...

Sorry...just couldn't help myself - that is probably the most n00bish post ever. I think Goober5000 would have a heart attack with that grammar (for the record, a Z does not mean the same thing as an S, you don't "hack" Freespace 2, among other various items).


And if you want to control a cap ship, try Star Trek Bridge Commander, it's great for that thing :)
