Very very nice! How did you do that effect?

It looks more like shields from Star Trek rather than FS2 though.

Nice! try to make it a little more precise though, as the shield glow seems to stretch to far round, if it was to remain true to FS you'd have a bright central spot around impact then a small localised glow around it.
