Approximately how many total posts have you made in all internet forums in your entire life and how/where are they distributed?
HLP forum: 6466 counting this one
VBB: 2631
old SSC forum: 2256
Anandtech forum: 370
Lugnet (technically not a forum, but it operates the same way): about 500
Other (lots of different sites, less than 20 per forum): about 150
So that makes about 12373. That's pretty insane now that I think about it, although they are spread out over seven years and are still nothing compared to what I have seen from other people on one forum alone.

Hmmm....i dont have an exact count on some of them, since they kinda disappeared, but I can figure out an approximation:
Hard Light Productions: 3490 (counting this one)
VBB (before it fell): ~20
Bravofleet Forums: 1022
Droidarena Mnet Forums: Approx 1000 I think, since the forum no longer exists. I was the lead storyline writer for the game for a while, so yeah, I had quite a few posts there
Grid.org forums (from when it was the United Devices Forums): around 2000
Brotherhood of the Box forums (Singapore): 75
Halovideos.net: 6
Gamewarden.com: 64
Nodewar forums: 328
Sectorgame.com Forums: 340
Spacebattles.com forums: 486
SSX Exiles Forums: 6
Several RPG/Sims I was part of: 600 (aggregate - some were boards, some were message lists)
Total: 9437.
Considering I've been on forums for around 6 years now, its a pitiful quantity. But I try my best to think that I make up for lack of quantity with quality ;)

I'm going to well over 25,000 posts... certainly over 20,000 with the number here and at the VBB combined.
Which just goes to show I didn't get out as much as I should have when I was younger :rolleyes:

Not exactly sure but counting the Old Warpstorm, VBB, SSC, SSX, This board... Lucas Arts board.... Neocron, and some others, I come out at about
17 000 or so.

The funny thing is that I have seen people with over 100k in three years on one board alone. :eek2: Makes you wonder if that's all they do every day.
I'm going to well over 25,000 posts... certainly over 20,000 with the number here and at the VBB combined.
Which just goes to show I didn't get out as much as I should have when I was younger :rolleyes:
I remember that we joined the VBB only a day or two apart, but by the time it had been shut down you had like four times as many as I did. :D

Mine are fairly well unknown. I can guarantee it's over 7000, but between thread pruning here (I had a massive number of posts in the Node Wars forum, and quite a few in GTD Wolf), my lack of remembering how many VBB posts I had (or VWBB for that matter), not to mention not remembering which forums I've belong to over the last five years, there's no way to be certain.

Old SSC: 10000+ (someone, Baron I think, posted about it, I then took a week off from posting ;) )
VBB: 400 exactly.
I actually hide post counts on some forums, and looking now, I seem to have 2590 here.

I had something like 12,000 over at the VBB, and a few others here and there - that would probably put me at about 30,000. Which, coincidentally, is about how many photos I've taken on the two digital cameras I've owned over the last three years. :)

You had that many over there? I remember Kalfireth (or R128Thunder in those days) used to post madly over there, but can only remember you doing that over here. :D

Oh, yeah. I calmed down a little in the last days as we began more work on HLP (or *** as we called it) - that lull in activity might be what you remember.

I dunno, Osiri. I guess you make the time if you really want it. Also I was fairly young (mid teens) when I got the majority of those posts I think, so I had no responsibilities to worry about. That's changed. :)

Same here! That's why I sometimes asked pretty obvious questions. The one I remember the best is when I needed an entire topic just to be able to post an image. (I did not understand the [IMG] tag and did not know I could not upload from my Hard Drive directly to the forum.) I had to learn the FTP thingy just to post a single image!
