Hi there,

Quite a few years ago I made some monochrome pictures of ships in freespace and they were hosted here.

Sadly several hard drive deaths and (at the time) these forums being given a "spring cleaning" I've lost the images.

Hoping against hope I'm asking to see if anyone out there still has a copy of these images around as I'm feeling nostalgic or if they are backed up anywhere.

The pics I remember were of...

- A Uylsees fighter coming under fire (one of my best images I thought)
- An aelius (I think thats the spelling) cruiser being engaged in deep space (I remember I was mostly experimenting with making convincing lighting, there were no stars etc)
- Some player made ship escortnig a convoy near jupiter.
- A Vasudan cruiser fighting with some hercules fighters etc.

I think there were some more but its been that long that I can't remember the rest of them.  If anyone knows if its still possible to get hold of them again please let me know as it would make my year.:)

You will probably need to give us more info about them. Maby what year or month u made them? Any other details might narrow the search and increase chances of u finding them again.

Honestly its been that long I can't remember exactly.  Year wise I think it was around 2002/2003 or so.

The details of the original images themselves is in my original post.

Aside from that I can't really think of anymore info I can give you.


EDIT:  I did some searchs for my name on the forums to see if any of the original posts with the images were there but (not suprisingly) the links were all dead.  If it helps here is a link to when I first started putting my images into the gallary.  
Fingers crossed some of the people in the post here may remember my old work and have the files stored somewhere.

You've obviously never heard of backups.  If they went in to the Hard Light main-page system or the Array, there's a pretty good chance they are still out there somewhere.

Yes the images were stored in the old gallery here for a while so im hoping either somone still has them away on their harddrives or they are archived somewhere in the backups :)
