We love them. We hate them. Yes, they are the anti-christ. Who cares, they are addicting and rock. Which one are you looking forward to the most and why?
(Some might already be out, but... whatever.)
Personally, I'm looking forward to JTL, but I don't know if it will be able to keep my in Galaxies by the time World of Warcraft comes out. I'll have to see how much I like cruising around in my Z-95 shotting down stray rebels. ;7
WoW looks to me like it will seriously kick ass when it grows a bit. I hear MMO's tend to suck fo rhte first few months that they are out, so I might stay away from WoW for a bit, but I think I'll gradually make the shift from Galaxies.
Runners up: Lineage II looks interesting, with it's tactical system and all. That and it looks so damn pretty. I might play it if it were possible to play more than one at once.

Matrix online :)
-
City of Heroes look good to me :)
-
one that i don't have to pay for in order to play.
-
Like me and SWG? :thepimp:

if someone would pay me to play then i would pay to play so i could get paid :D
-
it'd be "Paid to play" then
-
seriously, I was looking forward to Mythica, but they canceled it. All the other ones look like a level treadmill. If there is no story, you've lost my interest, and none of them seem to have that, so.....

i like star Wars. I like X-wings. I want to kill a Death Star and shoot up Jar Jar while laughing like a maniac. Or at least land on him until he promises to shut up.

Yeah... you see, my payment comes in the form of grade point average in school. :blah:

Other:
X2 online universe
;) cant friggin wait hope they start working on it soon :D
-
I voted for WoW and L2.
I beta tested L2 and it looked great. Many people were complaining how there was nothing to do and so on... heck I had enough fun with it. Sure there were times when I had to level up in odrder to get a quest but it wasn't that hard. The scenery and music were quite nice too :D
The thing was huge and heavy though, but it was worth it.

Final Fantasy XI: Chains of Promathia for me
-
The one which doesn;t have a pay-per-month subscription. Unless it's gash. And even if it isn't. I probably wouldn't buy it. But if i was going to look forward to one, it might be that. Maybe.

World of WarCraft and EverQuest2
and get another Expansion to FFXI called Chains of Promathia

WoW. Id on't like the EQ universe, I'm not really in a sci-fi mood, I see no point in a matrix one, and LineageII I'm not looking forward to since I'm already playing it ( but will most likely switch to WoW when this one is out ). Only doubt: Warhammer online looks like it's gonna rock, so who know...
KT: what do you mean by "I might play it if it were possible to play more than one at once."
You're not one of those damn bot users who run multiple sessions at the same time, would you?
I hate bots, I feed infos to bot hunters, and as soon as my character is tough enough ( well, if I don't switch to WoW before, that is... ), I'm gonna hunt them down too, makes a good goal for a MMORPG, after all :D

I think he meant it in as play 2 MMORPG's and being able to dedicate yourself to both of them.
As you well know, MMORPG's are quite time consuming, and you can't really have a subscription for two games and expect to get the full 100% out of both the games.
eh, not sure if I'm making much sense *goes off ranting*
and yes, damn those blasted bot users
-
What Zuly said. I have a hard enough time trying to build up my Marksman/Pistoleer skills in SWG galaxies. No way I could that and play WoW.
-
City Of Heroes is the most original MMORPG out, and IMO is better then any RPG out today, until World of Warcraft of course.

I'm quite happy with FFXI for the time being, but I'll be sure to check out WoW when it gets out too, hopefully a friend of mine will get it so I can see it in action before I get it.
Also, City of Heroes does look very nice, the character options are very nice, but I think I'll stick to FFXI anyway :)
