you are one of many people to report this problem recently, were not sure what's causeing it, just stand by for a day or two, someone will figure it out and post a fix.

argg!! were did this bug come from and why did it just now suddenly show up!

don't wory your english seems better (asside from the usage of a 'U' in place of the word "you") than mine, and I'm American :)

don't mind me I've had less sleep this week than I normaly don't, hmmm sleep...

:welcome: Dante.

As Bob said it's a new bug that seemed to appear in the 3.6 exe (Yet strangely not in the test builds before that). My advice to grab one of the other test builds from the latest builds forum.

If you choose one that came out just before the release of FS2 it will be virtually identical to 3.6 (Newer builds will have new functions like decals or HUD changes which since they are beta may also cause you problems)

3.6 is (supposedly) an official release.  Although both the launcher and the .exe seem to have some very interesting bugs...

There will never be a full version as in something that is done, complete, and stopping development.

We might just have to hold on a bit when we reach holodeck style realism, I geuss........ :)

No, let me rephrase that.

I have had more problem with this release, because it does a couple of things I've never seen FS2 do before.  One, when I bring up a dialog box, there's some weird stuff that happens in the background occasionally, and in OpenGL mode, I get these little lines down the side of the screen.  I know the drivers work.  I'm guessing this is due to the fact that my videocard doesn't support HTL, but I don't know.

Also, I've never had a problem out of the launcher, but I'm getting one now.  The average (and not-so-average) user does not want to have to edit the registry to remove a startup flag.

Are you using the latest version of all drivers? Sometimes they can only partially work, that's happened to me before. :)

there's no way this is a driver issue, my guess is it has something to do with engine subsystems or something like that

Probably not...

Try this build and see if it fixes it (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,24088.0.html)
