Can it be bumped up? It may not be required for FS2, but mods (WCS inb particular) could use another let me say 7 slots in the TBL.
Is this doable?

IIRC we bumped this in the Inferno build, not sure by how much though.

its online, but it doesn't have a fred build

what's the difference compared to the SCP?

1) No multi
2) probably some more bumped stuff
3) other downsides, perhaps.

There aren't any other perceivable downsides to it - just lack of multi

and besides, multi is important... WCS is going to be the first WC game with multiplayer support

Not that I know of. An Inferno build is known for breaking multi, because of the 300 something ship limit. You know, I had a point when I asked for non-coder SCP avatars, people keep thinking I know what I'm talking about.
