I was wondering if there's a way to give a border an "image" source with CSS. I could always just make the background an image and do it that way, but I'd rather just make the borders an image.
With CSS I know you can change the border TYPE but I don't know about images.

Though why would you give a border to an image unless it was for a web page graphic.
It's just better to use Flash.
