Title: do I need a plug-in for 3DS MAX 3.0?

because it won't save or open cob files.  if I do need a plug-in, where can I get it?

of course it won't save cob files! or open them! you need to use 3DE(3D Exploration) to convert back and forth

you can export as .3ds in max, and TS reads 3ds files
