System of a down's new album 'Hypnotize' is comeing out soon, I'v heard but one song from it (the one of the same name) I love this song

"Why don't you ask the kids at Tiananmen square?
Was Fashion the reason why they were there?"

however after there other recent album wich had only one song on it I realy liked at all (and that was mostly a superfishal likeing) I'm wondering if this new album will be more of the sort of songs that I like or if Mezmorize is the direction that they are going, or maybe this whole dual album thing and the first disk they put out was some sort of bizar statment anout consumerism and how people will buy anything they are told to (hence an album filled with crappy filler type music, a few of the songs sounded like they were made to be intendionaly crappy)

if you want to hear more for yourself
the new song I like, the old song I sort of liked, and a sort of anti-Iraq war song desguised as a energetic/feel good rock/party song (that I don't particularly like) are played (in that order) in the background of there offical site

and the entier album thing will be streamed for a few days from MTV's site(s) starting some time in the next 12-16 hours, to give the test drive I want, and will settle the matter as far as I'm concerned.

I think in the case of Mezmerize that the guitarist should realise that he should not be singing the lead vocals.

It's not out yet, so I can't comment. Mezmerize was good, but not a patch on the older stuff.

I'll wait til monday. The website is being stupid (tells me I need a plugin, but doesn't say which one) and streaming media isn't how I like to listen to music....

Meh, just get This Godless Endeavor by Nevermore.  Best album of 2005 easily.

well on the principal of the thing, I'm going to steal every one of them songs off of the site (simply because they made a feable atempt to stop me), if I don't end up deleteing the majority of them I'll buy the CD.
