Title: Looking for a Screen Video Capture Prg - Please Assist!

I need a screen video capture program that:

-Is free
-little or no watermark
-Can record for more than 2 mins
-Good recording framerate and quality
-Preferably no spyware / adware

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
