....World of Warcraft?
I've got £27 in the bank, and it's on Amazon for £25.
I hesitate because I'll be 'regionalized' to the purely European servers. Meaning I can't just hassle the WS crew for help and gold and ****. And, as you all should be patently aware, I'm not a fan of making new chums.
Opinions?

How much do you want to spend all day with people obsessed with naked elves?

Bought.

Guess that answers that question.

? Regionalized? I'm in the U.S., and my characters are on an Australian Server.
Am I missing something?
-
I believe there are some servers for Oceania, but for the most part, its strictly regionalized.
-
IIRC there's European, US/Australian and Asian server clusters.

yep.

It's only worth it if you have the time to burn living a second life on there. Point being that the per-month fee is a right bugger if you don't spend much time playing the game.
I enjoyed the free trial that a mate leant me though.

The answer is no.

Yeah, that's about how I feel about MMORPGs. You spend a lot of time travelling, and when you do something like fight you just have to remember to use the right spells at the right time. The rest of the time you just spend buying/selling/learning like you would IRL, except you don't actually gain any skills/money from it.
You can multitask and do something else, but then why are you playing the game in the first place?

You're going to need to acquire additional funds if you want to play it longer than a month.
