Trekkies (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/rolleyes.gif)
For a devastatingly unoriginal concept (I've decided to have a War on Spinoffs today), they're excellent. Do something that hasn't been done yet, and I'd be cheering you on all the way.

the galaxy class refit isn't that spike it just has an extra nacelle and the mother of all phaser banks under the the saucer - - some of the others are well i dont recall seeing many of them in the show
-
next one: a two vertical friying pan attack saussages killer!!!! Yugggaaaaaaah!!!!
-
Anybody remember the Sovereign class?
That is the sole reason that I started watching ST - to see ships.
Then of course Ezri Dax (Nicole de Boer) may have had something to do with that.... (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/redface.gif)
Anyway, a Sathanas would obliterate any Fed ship in existence!

Have you read that bit of fiction he has up there - the one where Star Trek meets Star Wars? It's quite good.... kept me up until the wee hours of the night. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/biggrin.gif)

Note: Some of those designs were used for the debris field shown in "The Best of Both Worlds". I know for a fact the New Orleans-class was.
