Post by: WMCoolmon on December 26, 2005, 07:26:49 pm
Is anyone making a version to work with the high-poly model ATM?

Yes, but it will take some time before I start working on it.

The old ani map was pretty ... basic...  ;)

True, but it doesn't need to be very flashy. It is a stealth ship, after all...not a Christmas tree. :p

Actually that's kinda debatable.

Compensation for being invisible to radar, to being sort of overly visible to the eye wouldn't be such a bad balance idea.

but the whole point of stealth is not to be seen at all.

I thought the thing that was suppost to balance it isn't being visiable to the eye, but having crap weapons? :?

But FS' balance isn't that simple.

Besides. It's all black on the bottom. It should be very visible from the top.

It's bright as a chiristmas tree with the static map that's on it now.  Anyway, it needs a new animated glow eventually but there's no real rush; most people probably shouldn't be usinig it anyway because of the way animations suck up the memory.

If it's a small texture (and theres no reason to make it big) it shouldnt suck up too much ram.
