There's a "screenshot video" type mode in the latest Flash, I believe...

GameCam FTW.

GameCam? You sure it will work in something like TS?
and is it free?
-
It's free unless you want to record sound, and it works in anything that uses DirectX.

Free unless you want to record sound or any resolution above 500-something x 300-something. :/

Ugh..I still don't get it why FRAP's won'+t work..
Perhaps I'll make a Power Point presentation instead..... Direct video is better to see how a 3D package works, but if I cna't get it working...

Tried GameCam...doesn't work either...I get a "GameCam will be off while in window mode" msg
AAAAAGH!
Anyone have another idea? If not, I'm forced to do.......powerpoint.....:(

Camcorder on tripod in front of the screen? :p
Seriously, I'm sure you can acquire some sort of video-capture prog that will take whatever's on the screen. Or failing that you could rig up your video/dvd recorder to your graphics card (if it has a tv-out) and record off that. Or something - anything is possible with jury-rigging. Or if you have a VIVO card, plug the output into the input and capture that way? Dunno if it'd work, but I'm just pulling ideas out of the air...

Try Camtasia Studio. It has a 30 day trial but i don't know if it has any limitations.
