Extract them from the VP files using VPView (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/karajorma/FAQ/tools.html). That's what I did cause I love Hidden :D

If you have trouble using VPView (it is pretty self explainatory) look in the modding section of my FAQ for GE's VPView tutorial).
