Title: am i missing out on something?

just got a new computer and dl'd everything in the scp vp's directory and got it all hooked up with the latest release, but there seem to be a few things missing, namely the awesome planets, nebulae, weapons effects and 'splosions by lightspeed.
where can i get those?
also i want to get myself set up with some htl goodness, and i dont know where to look, can anyone point me in the right direction?
lastly, i've heard people speaking of "cockpit view" in which you can see the uprights of the cockpit and such, where can i get hold of that?

They should all be in the media.vp files. Which ones have you got?

do you have the adveffects.vp?


also, for getting cockpits to show, either add "show ship" flag in the regular ships.tbl, or via modular tables

i downloaded everything in the vp's directory, its just that last time i thought i got lightspeed's files from somewhere else...

ah, i never thought of that...
