Title: Underworld: Evolution
Post by: Unknown Target on January 21, 2006, 03:18:26 pm
Just got back from it; loved it, personally. Good connection with the last movie, altho the plot was a little hard to follow at first (it got better later on). Action was superb, and the babe was...huhuhuhuhuhuh....hot. :D

I can't wait to see it. I was a big fan of the first one. Is there enough gun fighting in it? Because that's my favorite part.

For all Underworld's gunfighting and tight, supple leathery goodness, I don't think any film will ever beat Equilibrium for gun battles.

The gun-duel at the end between Preston and 'Father' is ****ing amazing.

Damn right. No amount of Vampires & Werewolves can beat good ol' Gun Kata... damn i've gotta get Equalibrium on DVD...

So... am I the only one who thought the original sucked donkey balls, and who doesn't plan on seeing this one?

No, he's not.  I must have a different view upon what vampires are I guess.  Each one to thier own I guess, but I'm with ya on the original being a movie that sucked.  I'm not planning on seeing this film even if the babe's hot.  I'd rather see Aeon Flux cause it has a hot babe in it.

I like the first movie.  Have not had time to go see the second one yet, but I am glad to hear that it's good :)

Saw the first one and thoroughly enjoyed it, which is rare considering Blade etc did nothing for me, looking forward to seeing the second one :)

Haven't seen Underworld yet (at least, not all of it; I fail to see the point of having a film on in the background at a houseparty) but it's on my list, along with the sequel.

I'm sure my BitTorrenting housemates can dig it up in short order.

Equilibrium was pretty cool. Gun Kata is pretty much the most original form of combat I've seen in a movie in a long time.
