Title: Suggestions for DVD to divX/avi/etc software

Right, you guys are my go to people for questions like this; Whats a good program for ripping dvd to divx or avi or preferably an optional array of formats.

Any and all suggestions welcome!

Never tried it but you may find help here (http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/) if no one suggests anything.

Never used this site much but it's sister site Divx Digest has often helped me in the past.

Gordian Knot is a good frontend to the Divx encoder.   I havent seen an update since 0.35, but it's still a good frontend for any sort of encoding.
