Title: problem with FS2 linux installer
Post by: marvel_01 on January 29, 2006, 09:51:31 am
Hello, I've download all 3 cds of freespace2 from www.freespacezone.com.  And I'm trying to install on linux using the linux installer from http://www.icculus.org/~ravage/freespace2/ .  The problem was, the installer kept asking for a series of file not present on the CDs.  So am I following the wrong procedure in installing fs2 to linux?

Thanks

I'm not certain what the procedure is for installing on Linux but I do seem to remember someone else saying that they'd done it successfully with the Freespacezone disks so it is possible.
