Can you imagine the absolute ****storm if bird flu became pandemic in Iraq, of all places?  Eep.

(to be fair, the Kurdish autonomous zone is AFAIK a lot more stable than the bits Saddam controlled and are now semi-lawless.  But, still.....)

If I were the US, with a good portion of my armed forces in Iraq and surrounding areas, i'd be a little freaked out now...

Yea, you've gotta remember on top of the fact they themselves are at risk, they could bring it home.

Don't see nothin'. And it's not one of those cases where it's right in front of your nose but you can't see it, cause I've looked the page over carefully about three times.

Oh well, good for me. Maybe Larry Page is sitting in Google HQ and put in a call to advertising department: "You know, that Rictor sure is a swell guy. Let's not bug him with ads". That's the most probable scenario as far as I can see.
