Title: For the union!
Post by: Singh on February 01, 2006, 09:41:29 am
I bet the allies wouldn't have liked to go against this in the cold war :drevil:

Two varieties: Camo and non-camo. Partially inspired by the soviet heavy tank from RA1 and 2 :)

The camo one sucked, so I made a non-camo one as well. I should have probably painted it red, though. I'll render a red version later if enough interest is there for that.

The sucky version is first:

The not-so sucky version:

It looks like the Dominator (or whatever it was called), the big Chinese superheavy from C&C Generals.

Pretty cool. I'd actually like to see an untextured version, as that metal panel texture kind of makes it hard to see the actual details....

leetle hint, you can dispose of those yellow bands by using some basic shapes, have a look around the basic and misc parts and have a look-see

I got rid of the yellow stripes - fortunately had a similar part mapped without em in my added parts folder. :)

Update: added side gatling guns, and given it an actual background. It's not a space tank! That's just cause of the background it was on :(
