Title: Question on .tbm files

I looked around for various file viewing programs, to get a better idea of what files are needed for a campaign, and noticed that there seems to be no program for viewing .tbm tables. (TBLView works only with .tbl tables)
So just wondering if there is a program for viewing contents of .tbm's.

Notepad or just about any editor (crimson edit, araneae etc.)
