Title: Derelict Mission-Pack and MOD
Post by: Orca on February 13, 2006, 02:44:44 pm
Hi All,

Yesterday i installed the derelict-Missionpack and the derelict mod-pack (UAModPack).

After that i started fs2_open_367_p4.exe with the launcher and the following error occurs:

Error: ships.tbl(1227):
Error: Required token = [#End], [$Subsystem:] or [$Name], found [$Trail].

File:parse/parselo.cpp
Line: 551
[This filename points to the location of a file on the computer that built this executable]

Call stack:
------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------

When i click on "ok" similar error-messages are appearing and at the end fs2_open is starting.

After a few minutes (and chossing the derelict mission) fs slow down extremly (one frame in 2 seconds) and i have to cancel the game.

Is there any idea what is wrong?

Additional Information:
I have disabled the UAModsPack, after that no more errormesages apearing during start of FS2_open but after choosing the derelict-mode the game frezzes in moments not in minutes!

Thanks in advance

Juergen

PS: I hope you understand my problem, because my english isn't realy good! :shaking:

I've no idea which files it is that you've installed but it sounds like you aren't using a recent enough version of FS2_Open.

Try something from the Recent Builds subforum of the SCP forum that was posted this year.

Hi,

thanks for your answer.

I found the problem: The Derelict-Mission-Pack has included an own mod. The UA-Mod, used by me, is not compatible with it. My fault!
After deactivating UA-MOD an reactivating Derelict-Mod all is working properly.

Greetings from germany!
