Seems to me that the Media Industry is moving in areas that are downright criminal, what with rootkits from Sony etc. What I don't understand is that almost no action seems to be taken about it, especially considering how keen Monopoly commisions have been to jump on Microsofts back.

MS is an easy target, and it gives governments nice press to go after them.

Plus most of these corps are international and very powerful, and the Government is basically under their thumb, which is bad, real bad.
