Title: 16-bit Deimos problem
Post by: ShivaArchon on February 25, 2006, 01:13:58 am
Something screwy's going on with my Deimos if I leave off pcx32 and jpgtga textures.

I can shoot right through those gaps, too.  I'm running 3.6.7 official build with the 3.6.7 MediaVPs in OGL.  The spaces get filled in if I run with pxc32 and jpgtga textures, but I just can't handle Derelict with those flags on (it's on the edge most of the time as it is!)  Are those textures missing from the vp?  Sorry if this has been posted before but search seems to be disabled.

Turn off pcx32, leave on jpgtga.

Jpgtga shouldnt make a difference to your preformance.

I'm pretty sure there's a DDS file in (at least) the "gamma" Media VPs, but otherwise that's a known bug.  It's a media issue, as those maps were TGA only for a while.
