Under Replace Operator, Change.  Its technically Cap-waypoint-speed, and works for any ships you have in the mission so far as I'm aware.

If you're using FSO, I believe that its under the "special" tab.

If you have a problem with a SEXP just go to the dev tab in the launchers features section and tick the output SEXPs tickbox. Click run (then untick it). 

A file called sexps.html will have been saved in your freespace folder. You can then look through that and see where anything is or how a SEXP works.

Unlike the wiki etc this file is compiled on the fly from your copy of FS2 so it's up to date for your version of FS2.
