NASA's had a Mars plugin/add-on thingy for WorldWind (http://forum.worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/index.php?showtopic=712) for over a year now. :p

I remember last year in Backpacker magazine somebody worked out a hiking trail to the summit of Olympus Mons...

im currently converting their elevation map of olympus mons into a 3d model in max :D
i think i stumbled on a better way to make 5 minute asteroids :D

*bah theese elevation maps suck. maybe i can get some better ones from nasa*

No, it's cooler because it runs in a browser instead of an additional program.
