Either VA or KARMA began work on one, at least a year and a half ago.  I've seen no updates since.

Twas Karma. He's still apparently planning on finishing it (And it'll probably be worth the wait, if the wip's were any indication).

Sorry for the slight necromancy here...but where could I find the mentioned WIP shots/model files/vids/some other teaser of the hi-poly collie being worked on? Hey, it rhymes...hi poly coly, hi poly coly...hehe...
