Title: Misc weapons? Beamz?

That is to say, should there be articals on the various misc. weapons and beams in the game (i.e. Training, Vasudan Light Laser, Fusion Mortar, SGreen.)

Wow, nobody checks this forum very often do they? (I say as an observation and not a complaint)

Well sure we could do those but they might not have too much content.. There are no good fluffs or tech database records for most of the misc weapons, some of them are not even used in game and in any case most of the stats can be found from comparison tables ( FS1 (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Weapon_Comparison_%28FS1%29), FS2 (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Weapon_Comparison_%28FS2%29) ).. but if those pages are wanted then they can be easily made.

Well, thanks to your dedicated, superhuman, self-sacraficing efforts, and my wimpy, half-hearted whimsy, all of the weapons that anyone is aware of in Freespace are now in the Wiki, with Description, Statistics (good job finding all of those) and Veteran Comments (my aproximation of doing somthing), are all done. Again I ask, do you ever sleep  :)?

BFRed doesn't stand for Very Large Red Beam and you know it :p

Well no, but it was never intended for use outside of development purposes and ID sort of has the prior art on Big F***ing Gun.  The correct name, however, is "Sathanas Primary Beam Cannon", like LRBGreen/BFGreen are "Overcharged Colossus Beam Cannons", since neither are ever actually in a place where the player should see their names.

Well.. i do sleep... infact too much if you ask certain people ;)

And i just tried to be polite with the BFRed and BFGreen beams.. but if you think they should changed feel free to do so. Its wiki after all.
