The pharmaceutical industry is the biggest scam on this planet. The extent of their powers, not to mention their profits, would make every drug-lord on Earth turn green with envy.

it's the very nature of the pharmaceutical industry & capitalism to not just fill a need, but to create that need, too.

American drug companies are the worst of the worst, when looked at from a business perspective.  Foriegn drug companies are much better ran and usually yield more promising projections into the future.  The industry is bad in itself, but without drug companies that actually make advancements in modern medicine, we'd still probably be using cocaine for toothache remedies.

ive been saying this for years. they pulled the same thing with phyche pills awhile back, the ritilin scam for example. the number of mental conditions that exist has skyrocketed in the last 3 decades, all intented to sell more xanax, prozak and other psycho pills.
