Title: Display ships in tech room

I know this question has been asked before, but I can't find the answer.

In 3.6.7, how do I get the tech room to show all of the ships, short of completing the campaign again (my computer crashed and I had to do a complete reinstall)?

Press CTRL + SHIFT + S
