Title: Casualties of War 2 requires testors.

While we're on the subject, does anyone know what needs to be done to bring the original COW up to SCP standards ? Just some table editing ? Are there already updated tables for it ?

The ships need to be fixed to use less textures from what I understand. It's not Aldo's fault cause the limits didn't exist for STL but once we went over to HTL it broke the limits on the number allowed.

There are probably other errors that need fixing too.

The damaged version of the, um, destroyer thing uses too many textures.  I think the rest are ok, though, so you might be able to get along just by removing the destroyed pof and replacing it with the original undamaged one.  Not tested it, though, because I don't have the files any more.

That's a shame, because it seems like a lot of effort went into that campaign. I got it working, more or less, with your suggestion.

I wouldn't rule out revisiting CoW with the Ls models (some are the same archetypes) at some point, at least in the sense of doing some relatively small campaign on a 'rebellion' theme (albeit CoW was quite big all things considered).

I tend to play through entire capagins without inturruption, 'cause my "suspension of disbeleif" doesn't last long otherwise, which makes me a horribe play tester.

I have all of the testers.....or testors...that i need.

We could still use someone to do a ship icon....and 3 weapon icons.  Or i can fudge them......also...i need a render of one fighter if anyone can do that for me.
