Title: FS2 Stock Install Problem

So, i've had FS2 idling on my shelf for a while, and today I decided to reinstall it. I've installed it on this computer before and have never had problems. However, now when I stick the CD in, I get
"...SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications..."

I recently had to convert my HDD from FAT32 to NTFS, could that be it?

You might find some help to your problem and also for few possible other problems by reading Karajorma's Freespace FAQ (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/karajorma/FAQ/fs2-technical.html#autoexec)

Yep. That one is definitely covered in the FS2 Technical help section :) In fact I suspected that it was the problem just from the thread title.
