1) Investments :p
What context are these in? History of what area?
edit: Ah, US History.
-
yeah. US history. i thought investments, but apparently that's not right.
this is like, 10th grade history, by teh way. maybe even 9th grade.
also, ignore the T/F questions, i think those are both true. i just need the ones in my first post
-
1. Investment? Capital?
2. Conventions.
( I assume you mean "held")
And the first T/F is false. Only white males.
I just finished AP US history, and these questions are tarded.
-
Which reminds me why I hated Highschool the questions were subjective and BS from someone who barely had more of an education than me :p
-
I think the second one is actually "caucuses".
-
I dont remember what the answers should be. In college, I learned that 90% of what I learner in HS history classes was actually wrong.

Anyone remotely interested in US History should give that a read.

What I did during my HS US history class:
I would bring my old laptop to take notes (which I actually did), but I would also play Doom when the teacher was talking.

Thats not history...thats fill in the blanks. Thats the kind of BS history they teach you in High School...its all dates and memorization garbage. Real history is an examination of the texts, an understanding of events, society or political structures. Bah...
Question one is a commerce question so I can't help much there.
Question two could be a convention, or a diet, or any number of things depending on the context and circumstances. For instance there's a few terms you could use if you were to talk about 1930-1932 pre-nazi Germany.
-
In APUSH we didn't have any fill in the blank bullcrap. We had essays and multiple choice, where 3 of the choices were all right answers, but only one was the most correct.

Do they teach non US History in american highschools? That would surprise me...
Or better... do they even knew where Germany is, outside from being a place where beer was invented (they couldn't be more wrong) and being the country from where the guys that kick their asses in CounterStrike come from....
(I'm being sarcastic, people.)

1 is Speculation I think...
EDIT: I just finished AP European History, and I'll start in on APUSH this year...so I dunno.

Most US citizens have trouble locating their own state on a map...how on earth are they going to find Germany? No joke or disrespect intended...surveys have been done on this subject and the results posted on CNN's website back a while ago. I was quite shocked.
