Others could simply be people who signed on after getting the SCP, and have never found a reason to post.

Oh, yes, that. A lot of factors are pulling it around at the moment - it will certainly wait until our server and forum software situation is more settled. I realise that's a pretty unstable sort of marker but it's the circumstances we're playing around with. :o

...Which is probably why most Speeches are given to noobie lurkers finally driven by insane hi-quality screenshots posted on the HLPBB to be desperate enough to un-cloak and ask for help getting FS-SCP to sit pretty.
