Title: How can I fix this blockiness in the nebulae?

A lot of times I get this annoying blockiness in the background nebulae:

How do I fix it?

That's a known issue caused by env mapping. It may be fixed in 3.6.9 RC 2 but if not simply turn off env mapping and if I've remembered correctly the problem will go away.
