Title: Capture my target?

I am interested in using this order. Any issues with it I should know about? What kinds of ship am I allowed to issue this order to and what are the requirements for it to work? Does it actually work at all? If anyone has any experience with it they can share with me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So nobody has ever tried this? Okay I guess I'd better then. My bet, it doesn't do anything.

I think it just orders the ship to dock with your target.  Only transports and freighters can be ordered this way.
