Bollocks. Had the FBI had a real reason to see those records they could have submitted a proper warrent after proving to a judge that they had probable cause to see them.

The fact that the entire case was dropped pretty much shows that they didn't.

But...butbutbut.... it's called the 'Patriot' Act!  How can anything called 'Patriot' be bad?!  honestly, next you'll be after the Puppydogs and Kittens Act (Horrible Repression Clause).

Before anyone asks what onus means (I don't really see that word much), it's from Latin (onus oner-is, n) meaning labor

I'm really gonna kill my Latin teacher! He has drilled me so hard :(
