This game is incredible, I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the Aliens/Predator universe or just likes a damn good scary/well made game. The plot has parts which are better/more scary than Half Life and the whole thing blends together really well. Good job Monolith (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

Better than the first?
-
and it seems easier, from what I've seen from the demo (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
-
It's much better than the first - the story is more structured and for the first time I felt like I was a marine/alien/predator. It is slightly easier but I think it depends on the skill level as well, try playing the Alien single player game on hardcore and I can promise you that you wont get very far at all.

Athlon 650 is much better than a P3 at the same clock rate, BTW.

Maybe Pentium 4 is the way to go. Time to upgrade or buy a whole new computer. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

Well, not too sure. In what way is buying a whole new computer better than upgrading one?

Can you get back on topic please... now? (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/wink.gif)

I hope it's much better than the Demo was (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
-
Oh believe me, it is.
-
I played the Multiplayer demo, it was lotsa fun. LAN especially. It's fun to stalk someone as an Alien.. just sit on the celing..
Aliens, by the way, is one of the best action movies *ever*.
-
yeah, and the director's cut version is even better. wondcer why they cut the parts with those turrets guarding the corners of corridors, they're neat (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
