Title: Pregnant woman commits abortion avoids felony sentence. Is the law correct?

This is a tricky one, In another situation self harm would have carried a harsher sentence.  Where is this heading legality-wise?

I just thought the law is getting so PC now that it hurts to think about it. Can you honestly say that it wasn't wrong for the woman in question to do that? If this trend continues, the law will get so mental that mums will just be able to shoot their kids for being noisy in the supermarkets for crying out loud/..............
