the scene inlcuded the enterprise the star scape 14 lights
-
Was that just the enterprise turning around? I'm just checkin to make sure I got the whole thing. It's pretty good though. When will you do the warp-flashpoint (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

yup tahts it all - believe me any longer and i would have taken years to render - annoying i noticed i forgot to get the busaard lights to not glow behind objects so you can see them through the naccels i you look closely - and it wasnt until i watched i i remembered there should have beena white flash in the distance

hmmmm maybe not all of acally jsut noticed it came up saying file transfer failed - but the ship should start facing away from you spin around move off then engines should flash and accelerate and disappear (almost)
six seconds on the counter

Nope, I only got about 1 second.
-
Now, that's much better. Looks sweet, although I still miss the flashpoint.

Wow! That was truly cool. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/cool.gif) Great job, KMN. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

incase anyone is wanting to download it now it wont be there for afew minutes while i put teh new version with flash as it disappears in the distance up - i will post again once its back up
-
ok its back up now - if theres a slight shift in the ship as the glow takes hold its cause i just rendered a new bit to add on and it wasn't from the same scene as i had sone the first one i had forgot to save it at its final state but i cant noticed anything
-
Wow, I like that one a lot better. I think the curve at the last minute made the whole thing better cause it looked like it was doing a ditch-last change of course (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
-
lol purely accidental lol- just the cameras rotation that does that
-
Umm, what codec did you use?

THE HARD LIGHT ARRAY. ("http://www.3dap.com/hlp/hosted/array") Always makes you say wow.
-
I think the flash of light whe the Enterprise enters hyperspace needs to be toned down a bit. Its too large and too bright. But overall, I say it was a good attempt.

Yeah, its more of a + shape and is MUCH smaller.
NeoHunter: Only SW and B5 ships enter hyperspace. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif) ST ships have warp. (hense the name of the animation)

Help!
I've upgraded to IE vers. 6.0 and now I don't seem to be able to download from link.
Is there soemthing I should be setting in the option tab that is not default setting?
This Internet is getting to be a real pain in the proverbial...
and I for one am getting real bore real fast with all this setting that really only mnakes sense to some that are web developers or designer.
I'm a 3d animator not a web developer.
I have no idea what active X stands for or is for this matter. I just want to be able to see the files available for download without getting a full lecture in web development .
can anyone help?
