And they need people with modelling talent, the game uses the t2 engine, and they are primarily milkshape or max modellers, but they do have one guy who is using Truespace and exporting as 3ds.
It's a battletech based game, aerotech and infantry in the first release.
This is clearly an advertisement, so if it is inappropriate let me know.

I know a little about battletech (I read a book, and I have MW2 and 4), but I have no idea what an urbanmech is...

The Urbanmech as a small (~35 tons I think?), mostly immobile gun platform used basically as checkpoint units within a city environment.
Because of the powerful cannon these things mount they can effectively shut down an entire road for the full range of the gun, but thier crappy armor and limited mobility makes them nearly worthless in a pitched battle though.
