Title: A new TMNT movie...?

Appearantly, they are making (or have made) a new Turtles movie. In 3D. Heres (http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/teenagemutantninjaturtles/tmnt_large.html) the link to the new teaser that just hit the web. Looks pretty decent, and a hell of a lot better then the new Transformers movie.

Is it just me or is there some sort of filter over everything that makes it look drawn? Or was that just the compression?
Pretty cool looking either way.

Finally, they've gotten the idea to have them act like Ninjas, rather than mutated freaks of nature carrying weapons to freak out the homeless and boogy down at the local disco. Looks to be interesting.

Pretty cool looking either way.

My guess is that it's a lighter version of the rotoscoping technqiue used in Scanner Darkly. Either that, or it's all CG.

I used to think the Ninja Turtles were sort of cool. Then I turned nine.
