I need a program (I prefer a free one, but if you don't know any then you can post others too) that will allow me to edit sound/music file, like copy/paste, delete it's parts etc.
Do you know any??

Goldwave is nag ware. Like WinRAR.

Goldwave (http://www.goldwave.com/release.php) is pretty good; even the demo is pretty powerful.
Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) is just as good, and its a free full-version download. I use both on and off; Goldwave primarily though.

I D-loaded Audacity and I think it's what I need.

i think i used sony soundforge to create some of the new sounds in nukemod. although my gatling guns are said to sound like a lawnmower hitting a rock. :D

Audacity crashes all the time when I use my Audigy 2 NX.
Fortunately, you can generally just ignore the crash dialog and keep on working for awhile. :p
