Title: need an sounds/music files editing program
Post by: mr.WHO on July 22, 2006, 10:22:15 am
I need a program (I prefer a free one, but if you don't know any then you can post others too) that will allow me to edit sound/music file, like copy/paste, delete it's parts etc.

Do you know any??

Goldwave (http://www.goldwave.com/release.php) is pretty good; even the demo is pretty powerful.

Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) is just as good, and its a free full-version download. I use both on and off; Goldwave primarily though.

Audacity crashes all the time when I use my Audigy 2 NX.

Fortunately, you can generally just ignore the crash dialog and keep on working for awhile. :p
