Another model finished. This time completely textured, too. :D As the title suggests, she's actually a racer, so sadly no weaponry here. That said, she's supposed to be a fancy racer, so dont you dare complain about the 'bling' stuff :p

Vroom-zoom! Buck Rodgers, watch out!

cant see **** captain.
you got nice models, but your scenes always come out too dark...
-
they're not THAT dark.
kinda reminds me of the perseus at the front view. :)

No offence but it doesn't look textured. I'd be inclined to go over the top with things like sponsors, racing stripes etc a'la NASCAR racers. Or maybe something a little more restrained like WRC cars, F1 etc.

If theirs one suit that I'm definately NOT strong at, its texturing. I have no idea how to make those sort of textures in PS, so this is the best that I can do in terms of texturing it sadly. :(
Pen: Turn up your damn gamma! Its bright enough to be seen on my monitor without any problem. but if you STILL want to be fussy, then fine, here's another picture of the geometry:

Also; the same ship after fixing up some minor texture issues and then smoothing it twice:

I remember the days when he was the only one on the MG team who could model. Now it looks like everyone is better at it than I am :D

Not that would be an interesting mission, one were you weren't dog fighting with the enemy but had to race against them. Once around the asteroid field, through the nebula, round the back of the arcadia staion and back. Fisrt one bcak wins more ammo for the next mission! GO!

Its quite obvious you havent seen my racing videos, Wobble; or the tracks that I've made. Of course, those are against the clock more than anything else...but still; something tells me I should re-record and put those vids up again. :drevil:

I obviously haven't seen them, when did you post them? I haven't been here that long if you check my profile! However this is something I would like to see! Or imagine Pod racer but set in space!
BTW how's Journey of the Forgotten going? Any recent updates?
